Dr. Jay Allen is a seasoned Corporate Safety Executive with 20+ years of operational leadership and policy experience in the transportation, retail and logistics spheres. Susan Sawatzky

Susan Sawatzky, B. Ed, CRSP, Certified Psychological H&S Advisor, is the Director of In-Scope Solutions and an international speaker on the topics of fatigue management and stress management in the workplace.

Susan is an instructor with the University of Alberta, the University of New Brunswick, and the University of Calgary; instructing Fatigue Management, Business and Leadership and Psychological Health & Safety in their various OHS programs.

Glyn Jones

Glyn is a Partner in the firm EHS Partnerships Ltd.  He is a consulting occupational health and safety professional and leadership coach.  Glyn is a chemical engineer by training and is a Professional Engineer.  He completed a Master’s degree specializing in occupational health and safety.  He holds numerous professional certifications and is a CIH and a CRSP. Mike Mullane

Mullane was selected as a Mission Specialist in 1978 in the first group of Space Shuttle Astronauts.  He completed three space missions aboard the Shuttles Discovery (STS-41D) and Atlantis (STS-27 & 36) before retiring from NASA and the Air Force in 1990. Mullane has been inducted into the International Space Hall of Fame and is the recipient of many awards, including the Air Force Distinguished Flying Cross, Legion of Merit and the NASA Space Flight Medal.
